VNDIRECT: Recover online connection with Hanoi Stock Exchange

Dear valued customers,

VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VNDIRECT) already coordinated with Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and State Securities Commission (SSC) to thoroughly resolve technical connection issue happened on 26 August 2014.

All stock transactions between HNX, UPCOM, HOSE and VNDIRECT will be processed as normal since 28 August 2014.

Regarding to investors’ accounts that were affected by the technical issue on 26 August 2014, VNDIRECT will coordinate with Vietnam Securities Depository, SSC and HNX to resolve in compliance with the State laws, ensuring investors’ benefit. Accordingly, VNDIRECT will send notification to each of affected account and provide solutions aimed at protecting customers’ benefit.

The technical connection problem on 26 August 2014 was an unintentionally incident. VNDIRECT commits to solve it thoroughly and there will be no similar incident in the future.  We apologize for any inconvenience when you made transactions on 26 and 27 August 2014.
