Dmargin is a margin trading product designed for investors who wish to use leverage to increase their purchasing power.

SUITABLE AUDIENCE

Investors with experience in the stock market, familiar with margin trading, and knowledgeable about risk management in investing and margin products.
Investors with medium to long-term trading horizons, consistent trading frequency, and a need for attractive and stable margin interest rates throughout the loan term.

For the D-Margin product, customers are required to activate their credit limit usage. Please refer to the Usage Limit Activation Guide for detailed instructions.
For credit limits exceeding VND 10 billion, VNDIRECT will evaluate based on the customer’s actual trading history and demand.
Overdue interest is calculated at 150% of the regular loan interest rate.
Interest accrual period is calculated from the loan disbursement date until the full repayment of the D-Margin loan, including Saturdays, Sundays, Tet and public holidays.
Policies apply to newly disbursed loans from the date of successful product registration.
