Notes.
1. The fees specified in this fee schedule do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). When charging service fees, VNDIRECT will calculate and collect VAT in accordance with current legal regulations.
2. The fees listed in this schedule do not include additional charges (such as telecommunication fees, postage, taxes, service fees, etc.) payable to third parties involved in providing the service. VNDIRECT will collect such charges (if incurred) along with the corresponding service fees according to its Fee Schedule.
3. Customers may pay service fees by direct deduction from their securities trading account at VNDIRECT.
4. VNDIRECT reserves the right to amend this Fee Schedule without prior notice to customers, unless otherwise agreed.
