Daily Transaction Value per Account: From 400 million VND and above 0.20% of Transaction value
Daily Transaction Value per Account: From 250 million VND to less than 400 million VND 0,25% of Transaction value
Daily Transaction Value per Account: From 80 million VND to less than 250 million VND 0,30% of Transaction value
Daily Transaction Value per Account: Less than 80 million VND 0,35% of Transaction value
*The fee schedule for covered warrants not issued by VNDIRECT has been effective since 14/02/2022

2 Derivatives Transactions
2.1 Online Derivatives Trading Fee (exclude exchange transaction fee – exchange fee) – Basic fee: 2,000 VND per transaction per contract.
– Clients and their assigned careby brokers may negotiate a fee as low as 0 VND.
2.2 Derivatives Trading Fee (include exchange transaction fee – exchange fee) Fee per Futures Contract

2.3 Derivatives Clearing Service Fee

For each matched position contract, clients shall pay a derivatives clearing service fee to VSD of VND 2.550 per contract

5 Securities Custody Services

5.5 Securities Blockade for Secured Transactions Registration at VSDC 0.05% of blockade value at par, Minimum: 500,000 VND per ticker symbol, Maximum: 5,000,000 VND per ticker symbol + VSDC Service Fee (if any)
5.6 Securities Blockade Upon Investor Request – For stocks, fund certificates, and covered warrants: 0.05% of blockade value at par, minimum 500.000 VND/transaction, maximum 5.000.000 VND/transaction + VSDC Service Fee (if any)

– For corporate bonds and debt instruments: 0,005%/of blockade value at par, minimum 500.000 VND/transaction, maximum 5.000.000 VND/transaction + VSDC Service Fee (if any)
5.7 Securities Release for Secured Transactions Deregistration at VSDC – Registration of changes to secured transaction details: Free of Charge + VSDC Service Fee (if any)

Custody Fee Schedule excludes Value Added Tax (VAT)

Notes:

Preferential Trading Fee: 0.15% applicable in the following cases: 

  • Clients with a minimum trading value of VND 800 million/day/account
  • Clients approved by the Chief Customer Officer: minimum preferential fee of 0.15%, with a maximum trial period of 6 months. After the trial period, the trading fee will automatically revert to the standard rate.

For high-value transactions with special requirements, please contact your Broker for a negotiated fee.
