VNDIRECT: Closes Office for National Day 2012

Dear Customers,

VNDIRECT Securities Joint Stock Company (VNDIRECT) will close the office for the National Day, September 2, 2012, as stipulated by the Labor Code.

The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) will close for the National Day on Monday, September 3, 2012, and will resume normal operations on Wednesday, September 4, 2012.

Accordingly, VNDIRECT will close the office on Monday and reopen on Tuesday.
